This is probably Ezra Wood, Jr. He might have been born in Deerfield, Massachusetts. As an adult he lived in nearby Buckland. He and his wife Hannah had at least three children, all of whom died young. They lost infants in 1821 and 1831, and Ezra Dwight Wood died in 1825.
