In 1753, Hezekiah Whitmore of Middleboro, Connecticut, sold Blossom to Israel Wiliams of Hatfield, Massachusetts, for £40. She was about 16 years old. She was to "serve him, his hiers & assigns for and During ye full term of her natural life..."
