Bio

Caesar lived in Hatfield, Massachusetts and in 1757, purchased items from Elijah Williams' store in nearby Deerfield. His purchases included breeches, buttons, garters, a box of snuff, a parrot and cage, a pipe, pen knife, a type of linen fabric known as "garlicks", stockings, an inkpot, and gunpowder. He might have fought in the French and Indian War, as he purchased the gunpowder when the war was occuring (1754-1763).
